My name is Greg Brosofske and I’ve been composing music for theater and independent filmmakers in the Twin Cities and
Chicago for about ten years. I have worked with some of the largest theater companies in the Twin Cities including the Guthrie,
the Jungle Theater and Park Square as well as the California Shakespeare Theater in California.

My concentration is in contemporary orchestral, electronic, and electro-acoustic music. Most of my experience is in scoring for
theater. My film experience includes some experimental film, several documentaries and one independent feature length film.
I'm Interested in collaborative work with theater directors, filmmakers, choreographers, and media artists.

Specialties:
I incorporate a wide range of styles and compositional techniques tailored to the needs of the project. From traditional ways of
writing to experimental design and sound treatment, I try to fit the right approach to the project and often combine several
approaches at once. As a creative sound designer I often use field recording of natural sounds and acoustic instruments as well
as synthesized sound and digital sound processing. I have a fully equipped studio capable of professional results.

•  I write, record and edit on a PC based system, so it’s easy to alter and change things as a project develops.
•  I use a wide range of excellent audio plugins and can deliver a high quality product in nearly any format that your project
requires.

Also 'Skinny Dog Sound' was named after my skinny dogs, Maynard and Potter (aka. Biggie and Mr. Little).
